Job Summary:

About the Role:
We are looking for caring and dependable Travel LPNs who want to take their skills to the next level. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, while also contributing to our facility's growth and development. With pay ranging from $37-$42 per hour, including evening and night shift differentials, you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations
Requirements:
Hold a Certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN) and have at least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting
Possess a valid LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
