Legends - - - Responsibilities:
Follow opening and closing procedures and food preparation as assigned by Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor.;
Prepare food items by complying with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures.;
Maintain proper food temperatures and ensure food safety standards.;
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, including shelves, walls, floors and drains.;
Collaborate as a team to ensure excellent service and delivery of product.
