Caesars Entertainment - - - Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the day-to-day operation of the assigned function (Food Hall);
Assist in administering training programs within the assigned function; counsel, guide and instruct personnel;
Coordinate the maintenance and development of methods for quality preparation of food and procedures for food service and present menu items;
Ensure that facilities are adequate for duties by assigned personnel;
Monitor appearance of food served and communicate deviations from standard to the Kitchen Manager
