Assist with management responsibilities and ensure efficiency and quality of all operations within the restaurant.;
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service, quality products, cleanliness, and a positive atmosphere among employees and customers while maintaining knowledge and operation of all equipment.;
Demonstrate a basic understanding of fast food operations, production procedures, deployment procedures; mastery of cash control; adherence to quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality guidelines; and knowledge of sales forecasting, scheduling, cost control, inventory, and profit and loss statements.;
Tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and stooping during 90% of shift time.; A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
