As a Cajera (Cashier) at Felipe's, you are the first smile our guests see. You'll deliver fast, friendly service while helping create the scratch-made experience Felipe's is known for. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in great guest service.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Suggest add-ons like chips, guac, drinks, and desserts
- Enter orders in the POS system accurately and efficiently
- Manage your cash drawer and balance your till each shift
- Know the menu, ingredients, prices, and dietary options
- Stock, clean, and organize the Cajera station throughout the day
- Communicate with the burrero team to keep service flowing
- Answer guest questions or direct them to the Manager on Duty
- A friendly, upbeat personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- A team player with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn (safe food handling training provided)
