Security Guard - Armed Driver Patrol Part-Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct armed mobile patrols of buildings, parking areas, garages, and perimeter points on a regular and random basis, observing for unusual activity and conditions that could help to deter incidents.;
Respond to alarms, disturbances, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or local emergency services as needed.;
Control access at entry points as assigned, verify credentials where required, and monitor CCTV and/or alarm systems to help identify and report suspicious activity.;
Complete detailed patrol and incident reports, document observations and actions taken, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
