Security Officer- Armed Patrol Part-Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior;
Monitor access points and verify identification and/or authorization for entry, directing visitors and/or deliveries according to property procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or local public responders as needed;
Document observations, patrol activity, and incident details in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate notable issues to the appropriate contacts
