Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, staff, and contractors while conducting security procedures;

Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entrances and credential checks and document daily activities and incidents;
Assist with access control, alarm response, and coordination with property management and emergency personnel
