Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting activity;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout building interiors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations;
Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and tenant spaces while verifying authorized access and addressing policy violations;
Support incident response by assisting with de-escalation, contacting law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when needed
