Security Officer

The Security Officer plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors throughout the hotel. This is a highly visible, non-stationary position that requires continuous patrols, proactive engagement, and the ability to respond effectively to a wide range of situations. The ideal candidate combines a strong security background with a customer-focused approach, understanding that safety and hospitality go hand in hand.

What You'll Do

* Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and assets

* Respond to security incidents, medical emergencies, guest concerns, and requests for assistance in a timely and professional manner.

* Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property and proactively identify potential safety and security concerns.

* Investigate and document incidents, accidents, injuries, and security-related activity through detailed and accurate report writing.

* Utilize effective de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and manage challenging situations.

* Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly environment during conventions, special events, and periods of high occupancy.
