Provide customer service to customers, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Screen individuals entering the retail pharmacy location in accordance with site-specific access procedures and visitor requirements.;
Monitor entry points and report unusual activity, policy violations, and potential security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
