Security Officer Armed Enhanced Part Time Surveillance

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements;
Prepare clear and timely reports of incidents, observations, patrol activity, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership
