Maintenance Technician

We are looking for experienced maintenance technicians to work at two properties in New Orleans that are within 5 miles of each other.

The pay ranges from $16.00/hour to $19.00/hour, depending on certification(s) and experience. For example, someone with property maintenance experience and a current HVAC certification would qualify for the rate of $19.00/hour.

• Repairs/replaces light bulbs, globes, or fixtures
• Groundskeeping and keeping building clean
• Painting
• Replacing ceiling fans and changing light bulbs
• Minor plumbing repairs
• HVAC repairs (if HVAC certified)

• Own transportation is required since this position requires that you travel between two properties that are within 5 miles of each other

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - working at a property located near the Lower Garden District
• Tuesday and Thursday - working at a property located near Mid-City
