POSITION SUMMARY

Spicer Group is seeking an experienced construction leader to serve as our Ohio Construction Manager. This hands‑on role leads the delivery of municipal, utility, and transportation infrastructure construction projects and provides day‑to‑day leadership for our Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) team across the state.

The Construction Manager is responsible for managing project execution from pre‑construction planning through closeout; coordinating staffing, scheduling, and field oversight; and ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents, ODOT/municipal standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. This position serves as a primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, supports QA/QC and documentation, and contributes to business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and strengthening relationships throughout Ohio.
