No prior banking experience, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support!

As the first face our customers see, you set the tone for their entire experience with First Federal Community Bank. You'll create lasting impressions by delivering exceptional service and making every customer our top priority. In this role, you'll educate customers on solutions for their financial needs, promote First Federal products and services, and build strong relationships through meaningful, engaging interactions all while handling personal transactions with accuracy and care.

Welcome customers and create memorable experiences that make them feel valued.

Receive deposits, cash checks, process withdrawals, and handle transactions with accuracy and care.

Educate customers on financial solutions, promote First Federal products and services, and build strong relationships through engaging interactions.

Answer questions about debit cards, online banking, and other services; both in person and over the phone.

Balance your cash drawer daily and maintain a well-stocked, organized workstation.

Demonstrate knowledge of all financial services to cross-sell products that meet customer needs.

Embrace ongoing professional development and utilize Learning & Development tools to grow your skills.

Represent First Federal with integrity and enthusiasm at community events and organizations.

Adapt to changing business needs with a positive attitude, solve problems quickly, and maintain high ethical standards.

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others

Good computer skills and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to operate office equipment, including computer, calculator, copier/fax, and scanner

Basic knowledge of debits and credits (or willingness to learn)

Ability to multi-task and adapt to change

Ability to complete an in-house training program

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

Professionalism, integrity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to personal growth and community involvement

Schedule:

Enjoy a predictable schedule with no rotating shifts, so you can plan your life with confidence.

Weekends:
We are only open a half-day on Saturdays and always closed on Sundays.

Holidays:
You will have up to 13 paid holidays (Mt. Hope Financial Center includes being closed on Old Christmas in January and Ascension Day in May).
