Salary: $140,000-$200,000

- Financial Strategy & Leadership:
Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support long-term growth. - Accounting Oversight:
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. - Operational Finance:
Provide insights that drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and margin improvement.
- Experience:
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including prior director, VP, or senior controller roles. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
