Cooper Standard Industrial & Specialty Group (ISG) seeks a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in New Philadelphia, Ohio. The role involves producing quality products, managing setup and changeovers, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

• Shifts:
  
  2nd (4pm – 12am) or 3rd (12am – 8am)
• Full‑time, 8‑hour shift
• Base rate: $17.00 per hour + 0.75 shift differential plus training bonus adjustments

• Produce quality products in accordance with standards
• Perform efficient set‑ups, changeovers, and production runs
• Learn and cross‑train others on production processes and procedures
• Apply Lean methods and continuous improvement concepts to enhance efficiency
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing effective solutions to meet customer needs

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Multi‑tasking and adaptability to a fast‑paced position
• Basic computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes

Eye and hearing protection PPE and safety shoes are required. The work environment demands adherence to safety protocols and engagement in continuous improvement practices.
