** 2 nd  Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

** Salary:**  $65,000-$70,000/ year

We're looking for a  
** Production Supervisor
** to lead second-shift operations, ensuring a safe, productive, and quality-focused manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll coach employees, optimize production, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

** What You'll Do*
* + Lead and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.

+ Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet customer demand.

+ Ensure products are manufactured to specifications while maintaining quality standards and accurate production reporting.

+ Foster a culture of safety by enforcing HSE policies, conducting incident investigations, and supporting corrective actions.

+ Drive Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

+ Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement teams to resolve production challenges and improve performance.

** What We're Looking For*
* + Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.

+ 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Proven ability to lead teams, coach employees, and solve day-to-day production challenges.

+

Experience with production scheduling, quality systems, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

+ Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement experience are a plus.
