Production Supervisor – New Philadelphia, OH

Schedule: 2nd Shift| Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Salary: $65,000–$70,000/ year

We're looking for a Production Supervisor to lead second-shift operations, ensuring a safe, productive, and quality-focused manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll coach employees, optimize production, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure products are manufactured to specifications while maintaining quality standards and accurate production reporting.
  • Foster a culture of safety by enforcing HSE policies, conducting incident investigations, and supporting corrective actions.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement teams to resolve production challenges and improve performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, coach employees, and solve day-to-day production challenges.
  • Experience with production scheduling, quality systems, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement experience are a plus.
