Salary Range: $13.00 - $15.00 Base+Commission/month

Arch Telecom’s Retail Associate Managers (RAM) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced fun environment where customer needs are their first focus, building meaningful connections and expertise to recommend device and service solutions. This role focuses on learning and assisting the Retail Store Manager in operational duties.

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store
• Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching

• Show coverage performance and explain LTE network benefits
• Explain plans and services to enable unlimited usage and connected lifestyle
• Demonstrate device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting

• Build relationships with employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues
• Identify and handoff small business leads
• Develop strong peer relationships, accountability for company success
• Maintain a positive environment while providing first‑class customer experience

• Leadership experience and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment
• Willingness to lead your team and share best practices
• Effective operational, financial, and performance management skills
• Excellent communication skills with team and customers
• Prior wireless sales experience
