Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly; respond to guest questions and concerns quickly and courteously;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in absence of Store Manager;
Assist with scheduling and training of store associates; ensure onboarding and compliance training is completed;
Process guest purchases and returns using POS system accurately and efficiently;
Protect company assets through inventory control and loss prevention practices and ensure store is clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines
