Seeking Hydraulic Modeler candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Utility Network Modeling & Simulation

Provide services and support as a Planning, Permitting, and Project Management (Hydraulic Modeler ) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focussing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County and across the South East Region (Of Country/World).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Hydraulic Modeler | Utility Network Modeling & Simulation [PCBOCC

Build and maintain water, wastewater, and stormwater hydraulic models.;
Support master planning, infrastructure sizing, and operational optimization through simulation.;
Analyze flow, pressure, and quality data for current and future scenarios.

- Bachelor's in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in utility hydraulic modeling and system planning.

- EPANET, Info Water, SewerGEMS, GIS integration, flow monitoring analytics.
Competencies Required
- Analytical rigor, model calibration, scenario planning, system evaluation.
