Seeking Civil Engineer – Utility Infrastructure candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC. JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water Conveyance Systems (Civil Engineer – Utility Infrastructure) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County and across the South East Region (Of Country/World).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Civil Engineer – Utility Infrastructure | Civil Design & Utility Infrastructure Engineering [PCBOCC

- Design and oversee construction of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utility infrastructure. Coordinate with planning, permitting, and O&M teams to ensure sustainable and code-compliant infrastructure delivery. Support hydraulic modeling, GIS integration, and environmental permitting documentation.

- Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering; PE license preferred.;
Experience with utility system layout, FDOT, and local municipal standards.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
- 5+ years in municipal utility infrastructure design and project execution.
Skills Required
- AutoCAD, Civil 3D, storm/water modeling tools (e.g., Info Water), project documentation.
Competencies Required
- Technical design acumen, regulatory compliance knowledge, interdisciplinary coordination, leadership.

- Assist with utility relocations in FDOT and other rights-of-way.
- Support energy/resource efficient utility design strategies under the EIE framework.
