Seeking Utility Planner / Infrastructure Strategist candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC. - Develop long-term utility plans to align with growth, sustainability, and regulatory priorities. Evaluate service capacity, infrastructure needs, and optimize resource allocation.
Contribute to Septic-to-Sewer and master planning efforts.
