Pro Sidian Seeks a Permitting and Compliance Coordinator | Environmental Permitting & Regulatory Affairs for Program Support on a Exempt 1099

Contract:

No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS
- Pasco County Across The South East Region supporting Pasco County in enhancing performance, resilience, and sustainability of its water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems through comprehensive engineering, planning, environmental, and digital transformation services.

Seeking Permitting and Compliance Coordinator candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC. This is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Environmental Permitting & Regulatory Affairs

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water Treatment & Storage Systems (Permitting and Compliance Coordinator) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County Utilities Generally Located In CONUS
- Pasco County and across the South East Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Permitting and Compliance Coordinator | Environmental Permitting & Regulatory Affairs [PCBOCC

  • Manage federal, state, and local permitting across infrastructure lifecycle; ensure environmental regulatory compliance.;
    Track evolving environmental regulations and integrate best practices into PCU planning documents.;
    Liaise with regulatory agencies, public officials, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Environmental Policy, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Planning.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

  • 5+ years in permitting/compliance roles within utility or public infrastructure context.

Skills Required

  • Permit tracking systems, NEPA/FDEP/EPA requirements, stakeholder coordination, regulatory documentation.

Competencies Required

  • Attention to detail, communication, regulatory foresight, recordkeeping.

  • Develop dashboards and visual tracking tools for ongoing permit status and expirations.
  • Assist with policy writing for compliance and permitting process improvement.
