Seeking Utility Relocation Specialist candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Public Utility Coordination & Relocation Management

Provide services and support as a Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water Conveyance Systems (Utility Relocation Specialist) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County Utilities Generally Located In CONUS
- Pasco County and across the South East Region (Of Country/World).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Utility Relocation Specialist | Public Utility Coordination & Relocation Management [PCBOCC

- Coordinate relocation of utilities in public infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with state/local regulations.;
Manage stakeholder communication with utility owners, engineers, and permitting agencies.;
Review design documents for conflicts and propose alternative routes or adjustments.

- Technical certification or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Utility Coordination
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in utility relocation, particularly in DOT or municipal environments.

- Utility conflict analysis, plan reading, GIS, negotiation, permit coordination.
Competencies Required
- Problem-solving, regulatory understanding, attention to detail, proactive planning.

- Support ROW evaluations and land acquisition impacts for relocated utilities.
- Ensure schedule adherence and utility clearance for CIP execution timelines.
Other Details
