Provide services and support as a Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water Conveyance Systems (Right-of-Way Acquisition Specialist) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focussing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County Utilities Generally Located In CONUS
- Pasco County and across the South East Region (Of Country/World).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Right-of-Way Acquisition Specialist | Land Use Planning & Easement Acquisition [PCBOCC

Coordinate ROW acquisition for utility and infrastructure projects across public and private properties.;
Conduct title research, valuation review, and negotiate easements or acquisitions.;
Prepare documentation for legal, regulatory, and compliance needs.

- Degree in Real Estate, Planning, Public Administration, or related field; IRWA certification preferred.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
- 5+ years in ROW or land acquisition within infrastructure projects.
Skills Required
- Negotiation, property valuation, legal documentation, stakeholder communication.
Competencies Required
- Discretion, organization, interpersonal skill, familiarity with public agency requirements.
Ancillary Details Of The Role s
- Support mapping and GIS updates for newly acquired parcels and easements.
- Participate in public meetings and hearings for ROW acquisition processes.
Other Details
- Must coordinate with engineers, legal staff, and local agencies throughout acquisition process.
