Seeking Drilling & Boring Crew Supervisor candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Field Drilling Operations & Safety Compliance

Provide services and support as a Geotechnical (Drilling & Boring Crew Supervisor ) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County and across the South East Region (Of Country/World).

• Supervise field crews during drilling and boring operations for site investigations.;
  Ensure safety, production quality, and compliance with drilling protocols.;
  Coordinate logistics, equipment maintenance, and sampling collection.

• Field certification or technical training in geotechnical or construction drilling.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• 7+ years in field drilling with supervisory experience; OSHA 30 preferred.

Skills Required

• Drill rig operation, soil sampling, safety protocols, field documentation, rig maintenance.

Competencies Required

• Field leadership, reliability, safety enforcement, mechanical aptitude.

Ancillary Details Of The Role s

• Liaise with geologists and engineers for boring locations and sampling instructions.
• Train junior crew members and enforce operational safety standards.

• Supports geotechnical investigations and aligns with project goals in Category 7.
