Danaher - - Responsibilities:
Calibrate equipment tools (Micrometers, Calipers, Pin Gages, Thread Plugs, Thread Rings, Height Gages) to ISO-9000 and ANSI Z540-1 requirements;
Kit gages after calibration as required;
Conduct plant wide audits for calibration compliance and maintain Value Stream daily management boards for output of calibration audits;
Coordinate, monitor, and track statuses of calibrated internal equipment inventories and outside Calibration vendors;
Enter calibration certifications electronically and review certification records for completeness and accuracy
