Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST)

Summary

The Customer Services Representative is responsible for interacting with customers to provide information regarding products and services, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer concerns. This role involves identifying customer issues, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up. Responsibilities may include handling inbound calls, outbound calls, or a combination of both.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer service and billing complaints by processing exchanges, refunds, and billing adjustments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account-related concerns.
  • Contact customers to provide updates on claim investigations and any planned adjustments.
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department for further investigation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Document all customer information and actions taken in accordance with company procedures.
Required Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to accurately document customer information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience using computer applications and standard office software is preferred.
