Position: Active_Client/Customer Services Representative 2
** Our client, a leading organization in the customer services industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.*

** Pay Range:*
* $22-$24/hour (W2), 6-month contract

** What's the Job?*
* + Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information

+ Resolve billing and service complaints including refunds and adjustments

+ Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions

+ Escalate unresolved cases to appropriate departments

+ Maintain accurate records of customer communications

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED preferred

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Customer service and interpersonal experience

+ Ability to work independently and manage time

+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
