At Murray Hill Veterinary Associates, our Client Service Representatives do much more than answer phones and schedule appointments. They are the welcoming voices, calm problem-solvers, expert multitaskers, and friendly faces who help pets and their people feel cared for from the moment they contact us.

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable person who thrives in a busy environment and genuinely enjoys helping others. Veterinary experience is welcome, but it is not required—we’ll teach you what you need to know!

If you have experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, or a call center, you may already have many of the skills needed to succeed here.

No two days in veterinary medicine are exactly the same, but you can expect to:

• Welcome pets and their people with warmth, patience, and the occasional treat.
• Schedule appointments while helping our hospital’s day run smoothly.
• Assist clients with check-in, check-out, payments, and questions.
• Answer phone calls with empathy and provide clear, helpful information.
• Communicate with doctors, technicians, and fellow team members.
• Keep client and patient information accurate and organized.
• Help worried pet parents feel heard, supported, and reassured.
• Meet plenty of puppies, kittens, senior sweethearts, and the occasional exotic guest.

• Love animals—but also understand that this job is just as much about helping people.
• Are friendly, compassionate, and comfortable communicating with different personalities.
• Can juggle ringing phones, arriving appointments, and unexpected situations without losing your cool.
• Stay organized and pay attention to the little details.

• Feel comfortable learning new technology, systems, and veterinary terminology.

We provide hands‑on training in our clinic. Bring us your customer‑service skills, willingness to learn, and love of animals—we’ll help you build the rest.

• Starting pay of $19 per hour

This is an in‑person position at our New Providence, New Jersey, hospital. Scheduling includes evening shifts and some Saturdays.
