• Perform high-quality eyelash extension services according to
  
  D.Sierra standards
• Create customized lash looks based on each client’s natural lashes, eye shape, and desired result
• Perform consecutive appointments efficiently without compromising quality
• Conduct professional consultations and educate clients on maintenance and aftercare
• Recommend appropriate professional aftercare products
• Build strong client relationships and develop a recurring clientele
• Rebook clients for appropriate maintenance appointments
• Maintain accurate client notes
• Keep your station, tools, and treatment area clean and organized
• Follow all sanitation, safety, licensing, and salon protocols
• Participate in education, meetings, training, and team initiatives

• Active New Jersey Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• Professional eyelash extension experience required
• Strong isolation, placement, styling, mapping, and natural-lash integrity skills
• Experience with Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume, and/or Wispy techniques preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and professional
• Strong rebooking and client-retention mindset
• Open to continued education, coaching, and growth
