Lead Full-Stack Engineer (Dev Ops, Release Management & Performance Optimization)
This person would work on the Dev Ops / Release management ~60% of the time on this role to start, and 40% time on coding on new features/bug fixing.
Experience leading Dev Ops transformations or process maturity initiatives within small-to-medium development organizations.
Experience establishing release governance, deployment approval workflows, and change management processes.
Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, or similar Dev Ops platforms.
Experience supporting highly configurable enterprise applications with multiple client implementations.
Experience balancing hands-on development responsibilities with technical leadership, process improvement, and release management activities.
Similar functional requirements as above for the full-stack coding experience.
