RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide administrative and operational support for the Individual Life & Health business, including processing applications, policy changes, documentation, and day-to-day task coordination to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Manage communications, records, and reporting, handling internal inquiries, maintaining accurate data in internal systems, supporting operational reports, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality and company standards
- Support team efficiency and client lifecycle activities, coordinating meetings, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, and identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows
- High school diploma or equivalent required (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred) with prior experience in administrative or operations support; insurance or financial services experience preferred
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a customer-focused, proactive approach with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
This 20 hour per week job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $24K to 32K per year.
