Monarch Paving in New Richmond, WI seeks a Construction Laborer to join a road crew. Responsibilities include job layout, shoveling, raking, sweeping, traffic control, and operating small equipment such as blowers, saws, compactors, and jack hammers. OJT with potential for advancement to equipment operator. Seasonal, May through November, with overtime and some Saturdays.
Local and regional travel may occur; benefits include medical, dental, and a pension plan provided through the union.
