- Meet the biblical qualifications of an elder found in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1

- Competency
Discipleship and Assimilation
- Establish a discipleship pathway
- Coordinate Faith Training (i.e. Adult Sunday School)
- Coordinate small groups
- Select, equip and empower volunteers in ministry areas.
- Teach a Sunday School class.
- Lead a small group.
- Conduct pastoral counseling as needed
- Preach 20% (Subject to change).
- Pastoral visitations.
- Funerals/ Weddings as assigned.
- Attend Deacon Meetings
- Oversee Missions Team
- Any further duties as assigned by the Lead Pastor.
