Competency

Emphasis:
Discipleship and Assimilation

Establish a discipleship pathway
Coordinate Faith Training (i.e. Adult Sunday School)
Coordinate small groups
Select, equip and empower volunteers in ministry areas.
Teach a Sunday School class.
Lead a small group.
Conduct pastoral counseling as needed
Preach 20% (Subject to change).
Pastoral visitations.
Funerals/ Weddings as assigned.
Attend Deacon Meetings
Oversee Missions Team
Any further duties as assigned by the Lead Pastor.
