Work on high visibility civil engineering projects, partner with clients and agencies, and play a key role in delivering quality work in a collaborative, hybrid environment based out of New Richmond, Wisconsin. ** This Opportunity:
*** Opportunity for immediate involvement in on-going projects, with the opportunity to expand into new markets
* Provide technical advice, lead projects and teams, manage client relationships and deliver profitable projects to grow our civil practice
* Work in a collaborative team environment where you’ll impact team decisions and mentor our junior engineers and technicians
* Representing SEH with agencies at project and public meetings
* Prepare project approaches, scopes and fees required to complete projects
* Present proposals to clients, interviews for projects, and select project teams
* Determining major project design decisions in conjunction with client
* Hybrid Work Environment Flexibility

* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
* Registered Professional Engineer, if not WI ability to obtain WI license upon hire
* Must reside in or around New Richmond, Wisconsin
* Ability to attend client meetings as needed
* Previous design and/or construction experience on civil projects
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Previous Project management experience on Civil Engineering projects
* Previous experience with all phases of municipal street and utility improvement projects
* AutoCAD/Civil3D background
