Senior Wastewater Engineer

Job Summary

To join our Water/Wastewater team as a Senior Wastewater Engineer, designing and delivering innovative solutions for wastewater treatment and conveyance projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Design and deliver innovative solutions for wastewater treatment and conveyance projects.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and technical professionals.
• Partner with experienced project managers to strengthen client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and applicable regulations.
• 5+ years of experience in designing or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects.
• Familiarity with regional wastewater issues and municipal government clients.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

• Open to candidates residing in Western Wisconsin or Eastern Minnesota.

Base salary range: $110,000 to $125,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
