- Pay Range Statement Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation based on role (e.g., shift differential, bonus, sales incentive, productivity pay, etc.).

Westfields is looking to hire a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Med Surg team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Westfields Hospital & Clinic's Med/Surg department, you will assist with the basic care of patients within the Wisconsin CNA’s scope of practice, including psychosocial and physical needs that include:
- Performing basic patient care responsibilities as assigned by the Registered Nurse (RN).
- Communicating observed changes in patient status and responses to the RN.
- Providing for the needs of the pediatric, geriatric and general patient populations.
Work Schedule: .8 FTE
- Overnight shift with every 3rd weekend (8-hour shifts)
Required Qualifications:
- Current CNA license in the state of Wisconsin
- BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in EPIC computer system
Prior hospital experience
