Registered Nurse, Clinic

Westfields Hospital & Clinic is looking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our clinic team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

To provide effective, quality, professional nursing care/services to our patients here within the Primary Care Clinic. The RN is able to make independent nursing diagnoses, develop plans of care, create and implement dynamic teaching plans based on patient needs and acts as resource for other staff members. In addition, the RN will provide patient triage via telephone and in-clinic, and other applicable RN duties as assigned according to clinic policies and procedures.

This position is expected to support the mission, vision, values, and goals/objectives of Westfields Hospital and Clinic

• 4 days a week,
• Monday-Friday varying shifts
• 7:45am-4:15pm & 8:30am-5:00pm

• Associates Degree or bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Current BLS certification. If not current, require within 3 months of hire and be maintained while employed.
• Current Wisconsin and Minnesota License

• Minimum equivalent of two years’ recent nursing experience in ambulatory care or equivalent one-year recent experience in an acute care setting preferred. (The experience requirement will be up to the discretion of the nursing supervisor).
