Parts Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with selecting merchandise and services;
Assist store management and installer service specialists in serving professional customers;
Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and recommend related items;
Process exchanges and returns per policy and manage cash register operations;
Assist with stocking, shelf-facing, and planogram updates, freight receivals, and inventory counts; operate store equipment after training; provide in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) as needed
