• Lead the commissioning process for data centre systems, including electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and validation of systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to address technical challenges and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation, including test results, commissioning records, and operational manuals.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout the commissioning process.
• Provide technical support and training to operational teams to ensure a smooth transition to full operational status.

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in commissioning, preferably within data centre environments or critical infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, power distribution, and backup systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices such as ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, and TIA‑942.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using commissioning software and tools is an advantage.

• Review design documents and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Conduct on‑site inspections and tests to verify system functionality and performance.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to address any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning process.
• Document and report progress, challenges, and resolutions to project stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input for successful delivery.
• Support handover by providing comprehensive training and documentation to the operations team.
