Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth:
Develop and execute high-level marketing campaigns to maintain a 5-star census and optimize payer mix (Medicare, Managed Care).Relationship Management:
Act as the primary liaison for hospital discharge planners, case managers, and top physicians in the Westchester and NYC areas.Luxury Branding:
Host exclusive on-site events, tours, and "white-glove" concierge experiences for prospective families.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years as a SNF marketing Director. Experience in a luxury or high-end healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and the Westchester healthcare landscape.
Soft Skills: Impeccable presentation, polished communication, and a "closer" mentality with a compassionate heart.
