Certified Nursing Assistant

Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour

Location: New Rochelle, NY
Onsite – Long Term Care Facility

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting by assisting with activities of daily living and supporting their overall comfort and well-being. Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals, you will help ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and person-centered care. • Weekend schedule

• Option to work every weekend or every other weekend

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Turn, reposition, and safely ambulate residents as needed

• Deliver meals, beverages, and assist residents with feeding when necessary

• Monitor and document food intake, fluid intake, and urinary and bowel output

• Record vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to the nursing team

• Provide supportive patient care, including comfort measures such as ice packs, dressings, and therapeutic baths as directed

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support resident care

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility policies and procedures

  High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Required:
  
  Current New York State Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification

• Minimum of 3 months of long-term care experience preferred

• Demonstrates a caring, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to resident care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
