Premier part-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner opportunities across multiple locations in New York! Join a community-focused healthcare environment providing comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients while enjoying a flexible weekday schedule designed for work-life balance.

Opportunities are available in Catskill, Troy, Bronx, Far Rockaway, Cambridge, Hoosick Falls, Port Jervis, Poughkeepsie, Wappingers Falls, Beacon, Suffern, and New City, NY. Choose between 16–20 hours per week or 3 weekdays, with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP seeking flexible outpatient work, meaningful patient relationships, and a collaborative clinical environment. Apply your primary care expertise while serving patients in established community-based settings.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and examinations of adult and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order, interpret, and document diagnostic tests and studies.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on prevention, wellness, and disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Support clinical, regulatory, quality, and patient-safety standards.

• Active New York Nurse Practitioner license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Active Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment.
• Must meet New York's 3,600-hour independent practice requirement.
• Primary Care experience required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or DNP.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

Part-Time: 16–20 Hours/Week OR 3 Weekdays
