Auto Nation - - Responsibilities:
Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment;
Respond to leads in a timely fashion and answer questions;
Guide customers from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while ensuring exceptional customer experience;
Negotiate terms to ensure payment options meet customers' budgets and expectations and close the deal;
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and transition them to the Service department as needed
