Role: Intern – Automotive Planning Solutions:
Forecast Intelligence and Strategy

Location: Shanghai, China

Team: S&P Global Mobility is looking to strengthen the Automotive Planning Solutions team in China and is seeking an intern to support local desk research of automotive OEM’s strategic product planning, particularly areas such as powertrain electrification, vehicle portfolio planning and pricing & positioning.

Impact: As member of our team, you will have responsibility to gather latest automotive news/price & model information by desk research and all reliable sources. Organize the data in Excel or PowerPoint format.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Must be able to read and write Chinese; fluent in English and able to work internationally.
  • Strong integrity, motivation, and reliable delivery.
  • College degree or equivalent; patient, detail-oriented, and good communicator.
  • Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
    Tableau knowledge preferred.
  • Interest in the automotive industry.
  • Candidates should be available to work a minimum of two days per week during back-to-school periods, and full time throughout summer and winter holidays.
  • Internship duration 12 months
  • Background in mechanical engineering, finance, computer science, or statistics is beneficial.
