Responsibilities
Greet patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently, directing calls appropriately.
Maintain accurate scheduling by managing calendars and appointment bookings for nursing staff and other departments.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading, and updating patient records with precision.
Support office management tasks such as organizing files, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and Quick Books for documentation and bookkeeping purposes.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly, practicing proper phone etiquette, and ensuring patient confidentiality.
Requirements
Prior experience in office management or administrative roles within healthcare or related fields is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse populations effectively.
Proficiency in computer literacy including typing speed, data entry accuracy, and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and clerical tasks such as filing and proofreading.
Knowledge of office management tools like Google Workspace and Quick Books is desirable for bookkeeping and recordkeeping tasks.
